I recently used Visalink to arrange my visa to visit Saudi Arabia. Never the easiest of visas to arrange as I know from previous experience. In this case the employer was in the UK, I am in Australia and the official invitation from the Saudi company had me incorrectly titled.

The reason I am writing is both to thank Visalink for the excellent service but, in particular, to mention the extremely helpful support, advice and very efficient service that I received from your consultant Dave Thom.

In the end my passport was waiting at a hotel in Perth for me to collect on my way to the airport.

Great service and my particular thanks to Dave.

She has been extremely helpful and really understood the urgency of this visa application. She has been very responsive to all my queries and willing to go that extra step with ensuring all the questions I have are answered in detail. I recently used the Visalink service to obtain a Chinese visa for my boss (tracking number G00XXXXX). I dealt with Maria from the Melbourne office on a number of occasions and I wanted to let you know that her service was outstanding. My boss was due to travel overseas on a trip and we were not going to receive the passport back in time. Maria went out of her way to help and was able to get the passport delivered in time for him to make his flight. Maria kept in constant contact with me to provide regular updates on the progress of the passport application. I appreciated her understanding of the urgency of the situation, her professionalism in dealing with the problem and finding a quick solution.

I am very thankful for Maria’s can do attitude.

I will use Visalink for all of our visa needs from now on.

I just wanted to send you an email to let you know how happy I was with my recent (and first!) Visalink experience.

I had some VIP clients of mine travelling on a 5* tour around South America which required them obtaining a visa for Brazil. I was unaware of how long these are taking at the moment so by the time the clients submitted everything to me we were cutting things very, very fine taking into consideration public holidays over Easter. We had literally 20 working days from submission to when my clients departed from Australia, which was the minimum time allowed for the Brazilian visas at present.

My clients are nervous travellers at the best of times, so I was extremely nervous that this would not happen in time and they would be in serious trouble of missing their $50,000 holiday or part thereof. I cannot tell you how sick I felt.

I had spoken to our usual visa operator who had advised me that they had no pull with the Brazilian Consulate and for me to follow up directly with the consulate once the visa had been submitted. I had no other choice so sent the visas off to them that day. You had just had a meeting with my general manager who was aware of my situation and she called me to advise of the alternative option available to me. When talking to you, you mentioned that you had a great relationship not only with the Brazilian Consulate but many Consulates and pride yourselves on this fact.

I took a chance and asked you to please help me out, not having used you before I took faith in what you advised and the relationships that you had forged with the Consulates.

In that one phone call, you arranged for a courier to collect the visa application from my current visa provider, checked it all over and sent it off to Canberra to be assessed on the same day – no days lost which was very important.

I have to tell you, after getting off the phone from you, I no longer had that sick feeling in the pit of my stomach and did hold hope that things would work out OK.

I called up Visalink just after Easter to chase things up and there were notes in the booking that this was a VIP submission and that it had been chased up and someone would follow up again and get back to me with where things were at.

You would not believe how excited and happy I was when I received a call from Visalink 12 working days after submitting the visa that the visa had been processed and was on it’s way back to my office.

Because of Visalink my clients didn’t know a thing about the stresses I had behind the scenes and I cannot thank Visalink enough for the speediness and care that went into my first Visalink experience. I definitely have 100% faith in using Visalink and recommending them to my clients.

You probably don’t get too much positive feedback – dealing with the public as you do – so I thought I’d drop a line and say I am delighted with the service I have received with my Visa application. Initially I was dealing with Dave and today I have spoken to Shane (I may have that wrong – sorry if that’s the case) and both have been very helpful.

Thank you so much for your assistance. Will you please pass on this email to your supervisor? You have been immensely helpful and have enabled me to complete the process which has not been transparent or easy for me up until this point.

Even my husband's HQ has not been able to point me in the right direction. Your guidance and common sense approach have made life a lot less complex for me. As I said to you on the phone, quoting Donald Rumsfeld, this was 'an unknown unknown - the [things] we don't know we don't know'....
